Welcome to HIRAAYA, a mental health counseling platform!

Our mission is to provide professional and compassionate counseling services to help individuals, couples, and families achieve optimal mental health and well-being.

Our team of experienced therapists is dedicated to providing personalized and evidence-based treatment to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for our clients, where they can feel heard, validated, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. We aim to help clients enhance their wellbeing and overall quality of life. We offer a range of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

Shruti is a Counselling Psychologist, Spiritual healer and Mindfulness coach. She has a Masters's in Counselling Psychology and Applied Psychology. She is also trained in REBT at Albert Ellis Institute. She uses an eclectic approach in her practice as she believes that therapy works differently for different people as every person has a unique journey.


Shruti is an alumnus of the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) where she studied Masters in Applied Psychology. She also has a Masters's in Counselling Psychology and P.G Diploma in Child Psychology.

Shruti is also certified in the following therapeutic interventions which she uses in her work.
